A - Easy Trails

Llanfilo Loop

This is long for an 'easy' trail, taking you onto country lanes and farm tracks. The route briefly follows the busy A470 but for most the route you pass through old Breconshire hamlets and villages. There are two off-road sections, the first being quite flat, and second being mostly downhill.

At the end of the trail a take a break and get your breath back at one of the pubs and eating establishments in Talgarth where the trail starts and ends.

This trail comes within a few miles of Brecon and a variation is to start and end the trail at Brecon using the Sustrans Across Wales Cycle Route 8 (Lon Las Cymru) as a link.
